Welcome to the SmartRideshare Community Hub
The hub lets you interact with the SmartRideshare team and the community of TDM administrators. You can post 3 types of content within the community hub. These are Ideas, Questions and Problems. Each of these serves a particular purpose.
- Question - When you have a specific question, search here and see if it's already been asked. If you don't find an answer to your question already posted, do post your question. We may answer questions and mark those questions as 'answered'. You can upvote a question already posted and comment on it to prompt a response from the community.
- Problem - Problems are issues that you face. Be sure to search and see if the problem has already been posted earlier by another user and lookup the resolution. If you don't find it, do post the exact problem(s) faced and give actionable insights. We may respond to the problem or add it to the bug list / feature request list we maintain. You can upvote a problem already posted and comment on it to prompt a response from the community.
- Idea - Ideas are potential solutions you think can solve problems. If you have an idea, be sure to lookup and see if the idea has already been posted. If you don't find it, do post your idea within the community. We review ideas posted and these help us prioritize our next phases of innovation. You can upvote an idea already posted and comment on it to prompt a response from the community.
This forum is moderated by the SmartRideshare team. Please keep your posts relevant to the Smartrideshare software and apps. To keep the posts organized, we may take actions such as merge different posts and/or remove content that is duplicated, remove non-relevant posts, etc. We'll let you know if and when we are taking an action on your post. When making a post, be sure to select the sub-category that is the best match for your post. If you don't find one, select General.
